Arthur/Merlin inspired by BBC's Luther

Anyone seen the fantastic series Luther? I need Arthur to be Luther and I need Merlin to be Alice. And I need a real, damn relationship here! Sorry for seeming crazy, but Luther/Alice left me with blue balls and I'm a girl for crying out loud.

Just imagine Arthur and Merlin as them, and the mind games, and flirting and seduction and the eventual friendship... Just take it a step further and make them get together!

God, this needs to be done. I'm crazy about Luther/Alice and this is gorgeous. If no one's going to take this up, I'll give it a shot.

I'm working on filling this, I hope you don't mind if I draw materials from Luther canon? E.g. the pilot episode and, um, what led up to the circumstances of their first meeting and subsequent interactions. :)

Excellent start. I haven't seen "Luther," but this is already riveting. Poor Merlin losing his parents (and pet) in such a brutal way is devastating and he's obviously distraught. I'm looking forward to finding out what happened.

I will be! I'm currently juggling a lot of university things at the mo so it might be a while yet. Sorry about that, I do hate it when life gets in the way of fic. :(

Hi! No worries, that's fine. I didn't get a mousey commenting on it initially so I thought would be all right, but I'll certainly help with reposting this! I can't get to doing this effectively until a month or so from now as I am overseas and only have access to my tablet rather than a laptop, so I hope it's okay for the time being. I'll try to get it done as soon as possible later, of course.
