Colin stared unseeingly at the television screen, letting the advertising jingles wash over him.

He picked up the script from where it lay discarded on the carpet. He tried to ignore the title "Lancelot and Guinevere" as he read through it again. At least Arthur spent most of the episode with Merlin - there wouldn't be much Arthur/Lancelot interaction. Santiago would be shooting a week or two at most.

And anyway, Bradley and Santiago were just friends. Good friends, but nothing more than that. They had so much in common: they went to the same drama school, enjoyed the same TV shows, loved the same sort of food, were both fanatical about football, were both drop dead gorgeous... Shit - he'd promised himself he'd stop having thoughts like that. He rubbed his eyes and sighed ( ... )

OP here. I enjoyed this a lot. You did a great job of portraying Colin's jealousy and insecurity over Bradley's relationship with Santiago in a very realistic way. Thanks a million for writing it :)

Bradley and Santiago are similar aren't they? Not to worry, Colin, it's you that Bradley's always touching.

That is brilliant. You made Colin's thought process so natural, and everything is so real! I like the triangle bit, good point there. ;) And GUH, unsuspecting Bradley undressin gin front of besotted Colin... love it.

Tomorrow, Bradley would seem as infatuated as ever with Santiago. But tonight, in Colin's mind at least, he would be all his.
So sad...
