Wow! This ficlet is SOOO Arthur-and-Merlin. "Merlin, on the other hand, is gasping like a fish on dry land, about to stammer out some mixture of excuse and apology, so Arthur heads him off by grabbing one of his hands and pulling it up to cup his breast." :D

I was the one who requested this - I wasn't expecting anyone to get back so quick! This is brilliant. I love that Arthur isn't that bothered Merlin has just turned him into a girl cause he's used to Merlin doing all sorts of crazy stuff. I also loved the end:

"So, I think I know how to undo it."

"Good."

"And I think I know how to redo it, too."

"Excellent."

So funny. Great job. Thanks so much for fulfilling it :D

It's AU and freakishly short because I just got inspired.

Her mother is putting acne medicine on her face when Arthur remembers who she is.
It's eight days later when she goes to school and learns that Merlin is her worst enemy.
He's stupid and blonde (not that being blonde makes you stupid, because Arthur used to have beautiful[manly] blonde hair, but still for that boy it fits) and Arthur hates him.
But he's Merlin so he loves him at the same time.
Then all the bickering from last year makes sense. And he burst out laughing. Merlin must be so jealous that Arthur's actually(no he always was) smarter than him in this life. Then Merlin looks up. Their eyes lock and Merlin's turn golden.
Sage and Sadie are a couple by first period and no one can believe it.
Except the two of them because they've been waiting centuries.

So Sage(Merlin) and Sadie(Arthur) make it the the second period, but then Caitlyn has to go an ruin it.
Caitlyn, who has dubbed herself Sadie's BFF since her old one moved away, hates Sage with a passion. It makes sense because Sage is(and Merlin was) a bit of a dumb-ass. Except Caitlyn isn't just Caitlyn she has to go and be Uther, which really isn't funny at all, because Caitlyn wears way to much makeup and buys fake name-brands. But suddenly he's daddy-hate-magic and everything is a bit more complicated.
And Sadie(Arthur) just wants to curl up in a hole and die.
And then Kyan, Sage's cousin, is the dragon, there's a but of an almost fist fight, and during the commotion Sage(Merlin) and Sadie(Arthur) exchange phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
They hope it will be easier this way.

Arthur/Merlin, girl!Arthur where Arthur gets changed into a girl and he comes to realise just how difficult it is to be a female. Like for example how people (particularly Uther) treat him differently, how he doesn't get the same respect, how he's not allowed to do certain things, etc. Porn/kink is still very much welcome (very much welcome!!!) but I would really like to see something that focuses on the gender issues and Arthur learning the harsh reality of what it's like to be a woman in those days.
