Caveat: I do not believe ghosts are "hallucinations." Nor do I believe in the conventional (Hollywood?) belief that they are spirits trapped on this plane of existence, or between planes of existence.

Question: Do I need to define what I mean by ghost to state that I believe such places are haunted?

What I am getting at, I think, is that places don't need "ghosts" to be haunted.
