You are very welcome -- I enjoyed the entire book (it's a lot shorter and more gossipy than the massive Queen Mother bio).

What a ripoff! I got it for $3 during a Smithsonian book sale several years ago and I am ashamed to admit I never opened it till after I saw The King's Speech!

What's even worse is that google has it for $22.99 and kindle has it for $11.89
