[CNC] Info and Permissions post
Uhm! Okay, since there... has been previous incarnations of this guy in CNC before, and because he is absolutely crazy about information and so would be reading everything on the network before he posts or even breathes slightly to tell the City he exists... Can I please ask everyone to fill in a permissions post?

Occupation: (Police officer? Attorney? Pizza delivery boy?)
Employer: (self-explanatory)
(Only for Canonmates) What do you know about Batman?: (Have their relationship changed in the City? Do they know Bruce's secret identity? What are their interactions with Batman or Bruce Wayne in the City so far? Also, if they've met Batman once or twice before and you think there's a chance I haven't seen it, tell me as well! I'll really appreciate it.)
(Only for non-Canonmates) What does your character know about Batman, or Bruce Wayne? (Do they have any interaction with any incarnation of him? Do they know of Bruce's secret identity? Do they have strong CR with either his villains or the Batfam or anyone in the JLA?)
Known abilities: (What have your character been seen doing, or have talked about being able to do? This includes both metahuman powers and 'purely human' things like intelligence, etc.)
Known activities: (This is the most important part. What has the character done that is publicly known/spoken about on the network?
Anything else notable? (Is she a leader-type? Does he show sociopathic tendencies? Is he associated with the powerful people in the City? But anything you think Batman will notice about your character, just hit it up here!)
IN ADDITION. His power in the City will basically be Cityspeaker. I pretty much won't be using it that much or at all because of his entire stance of metas and the limitations I've put on it. Information on his ability can be found on his app (I apologize in advance for the huge amount of history you have to scroll through). It's basically a version of Jack Hawksmoor's powers in the Authority. He can talk to the City, and he can... make the City move for him. That's basically it.
So this is basically a permissions post for that as well!
Can Batman find your character? (Basically, can he trace your character's approximate location even when they are in hiding? It's a little like tracing a signal of a communicator, without the communicator being involved, and a lot more guesswork. If you say no, he just can't, or he keeps getting it wrong.)
Can Batman tell when something happens to your character? (It doesn't have to be anything specific, but, for example, if someone dies in the City at night, Batman will know. He won't be sure exactly who, or how, but he knows that someone died.)
Can Batman use your character's buildings? (His power basically lets him move the city's buildings as he sees fit, so this is basically a sweeping permission to ask if he can use your character's apartment, office, etc, etc. I promise he'll try his best to put it back how he found it.)
