Holy shit man - I had found the opening about six months ago but the Pen Pal and closing too!!!

We used to totally make fun of the kids at the end... and it was so odd seeing the PenPal part and remembering ALL the words to it (I had a pen pal from Israel!).

It's a clip from an old 70's movie called the God Makers that at the time Mormons hated with a passion, now they just laugh it off as science fiction. They forget however that Mormonism used to teach all the stuff, albeit in a more "sacred" (LOL) environment

I didn't find The God Makers on imdb.com but on Wikipedia I found some interesting information. It makes me was to see both The God Makers and the The God Makers II, as well as Jesus Christ/Joseph Smith (Search for the Truth).

Yea it maynot be in imdb as it was financed and distributed by a christian church. I've seen both and they are quite funny and selatious.
