[Little Nami may not have liked all the open space when the DR first changed, but that's long past. These days she cant get enough of it. The open spaces and freedom to roam have had a very positive effect on her. She's coming out of her shell a little more all the time, something that didn't happen to older her for several more years.

[His "dad" drops him off to let him stretch his legs a little, and he fumbles forward, fully bundled. After some bidding, he leaves, and he makes his way over to her.

And then trips on an unseen stone, faceplanting into the snow.]

[ It's taken him a while to get used to living here. Knowing there's no way back, the doubles, the people who act like they know him and the people who act like they don't. Of course, the people he thinks he knows. That hit him hardest. But eventually, he settled in. Enough that he doesn't quite wince in as pronounced of a manner when he sees the little Naminé.
