Apparently the South Croft tin mine in Cornwall is going into administration. From the article I read which announced this:

I don't think they've had much cooperation from the County and district councils either. But it's always going to be a bit of a struggle putting a modern tin mine on top of a huge tourism industry in a county with roads built mostly for carts...
