Um, I think that name site is stuck in a time warp or something. Mary? Linda? Patricia? Barbara? Those are not the most common female names in this country, per a magazine article in the NY Times magazine a couple of weeks ago that referred readers to a name site run by the Social Security. In fact those names look like the most popular names from the late '60s-early '70s. Names like Ashley, Mallory, Brittany are much bigger these days.
