I suggested doing the same thing to Oberon, but I believe you can run into a lot of problems if you have anyone that's Equity in the trailer.

Really? I thought promotional materials were permissible. But the Internet IS something of a grey area; I'll check with Equity.

I think it depends on which code. I think deals can be made, but maybe not under the showcase code. I would talk to AEA.

It doesn't say anything about it in the code as written, except that any televised promotional materials must say it's an Equity showcase, etc.
And photos, though expressly forbidden, are allowed for promotions.
