Happy Birthday jayspec!!!

Yay Ratatouille; Yay Kristin Chenoweth doing a song from Enchanted; Yay Jon Stewart.

I've been trying to eat more at home lately, got some cereal but it's been too cold in the mornings for that. Then I got the bright idea of oatmeal: hot cereal! Oh yeah, Quaker Oats in the house!

Sold another Nabokov on half.com (The Eye). ( Read more... )

Hmm, I think I still prefer Sarah's version. Was short, to the point. Had more melody.

This seemed to try too hard. Was good in the beginning, but that whole 'We Are The World' spoof made it fizzle out. Although it was cute to see Josh Groban in such a role.

I don't get the Norman mailer reference (unless it's the whole silly "fug" instead of "fuck" thing that he did--hmm, yes, I think that must be it) but that was hilarious. I can't believe they got Huey Lewis *and* Harrison Ford to do it. It must've taken forever to get that all set up.

I used to think Jimmy Kimmel was kinda hot, but I've been over that since The Man Show was cancelled.

He's still hot. Judging from most people's reaction to him, it's cool to hate him for whatever reason, but I just can't. His is the only late-night talk show I never miss.

I still can't believe he's on ABC.

I mean to go from The Man Show to ABC is like turning catholic and being against porn.

It still looks odd to me.
