They identified the country where it takes place as Lebanon? When it was done on Broadway they didn't name a country, though it was in the Middle East.

The standard play formatting is also in the Dramatists Sourcebook. Just go to any Barnes & Noble or the Drama Book shop to look it up. It's not very long, so you don't even have to buy the book...
