Oh, no. I was acting head for a reason, it was never meant to be permanent. You're not stepping on any toes at all, I'm quite happy for you to keep the position as you sound a lot more qualified. I believe you're actually a librarian by trade?
I was mostly wondering of there was any kind of position for me to come back and work there.

I did graduate from Oxford having studied history and library science, yes. I do find the work enjoyable. It's the largest reason I admit why I wanted to fill the position at all.
I'm sure there are hundreds. If not I'm sure that we can invent one. What do you do for a living yourself, Mr. Jones?

Ah see, much more suited than I am, yes. Although it's nice to meet someone else who studied history, I haven't met many.

...well, as under control as anything in this city is. One would think after my travels that I would be used to a certain amount of chaos, but this City tends to stretch my definition of the concept.
