Important Notice Re: Hair Recolors

It was pointed out to me that my hair recolors don't work. They don't work because I'm a complete idiot and apparently can't fully comprehend Bodyshop tutorials correctly. I feel really bad about it considering there have been something like 200 downloads of each set of recolors and that's 200 chances for someone to tell me I made a mistake. And

Out of curiosity, what was the problem?

I was using the packages generated in my Projects folder, as opposed to the ones in my SavedSims folder. Because... I don't know. I never explicitly read anything about actually putting any of one's Bodyshop creations up for download. All the tutorials I've read end with "and now you have recolored clothing/hair/eyes/lol!" Lame of me, I know.

xD Not at all, I did that a few times. I remember being so frustrated that my recolors wouldn't bin-- duh, I was using the one from Projects.

aww, I haven't downloaded any hair recolors but the objects look great in my game.

perhaps people are like me and download about eighty million things at once and by the time your done you've forgotten exactly what you grabbed. although it usually comes back to me once I load up my game, and can't find it.

Yeh, it's just my neurosis, which I realize perfectly well, but that never really stops it from messing with me on occasion.

If anything, I'm at least glad I found out now before doing another Bodyshop project and had the chance to fix everythin'. :)

Ah, right. I'd noticed they didn't appear to show up, but I always like to check it's not a problem on my end first, which I hadn't got round to doing. Anyway, thanks for the fix - it's the andre hair recolours I was picking up (especially that yellow/green one. Lovely.)
