Wow... been several months since I've done an entry. I have a short break to read a few entries and maybe just to post something of mine

I have seen Gordon Ramsey prepare his steaks this way...but he uses EVO and then fries the steak for about a minute, then tosses it into the oven for another 2-3 minutes (depending on rarity), and bastes with butter at the last minute. Personally, I have never tried it this way (to my knowledge), but it certainly sounds easy enough for me to do!
