Those sound really good.
I wish we were more free to cook, and experiment with food. (Our husband has control issues around food. He's in therapy for it.)

We have a goal of, one day a week, experimenting with food in the middle of the day when it has nothing to do with him. We might try that noodle recipe.

(Have to get our life together first.)

We have people with issues about being in the kitchen when certain family members are around, such as mom or older bother brother. Those issues seem to have settled down now that mom and brother have asserted their authority by showing me who's boss, since I've moved back home. Tho' I think we all four of us in the house like our space when it comes to the kitchen.

The noodles are weird I think, the homemade ones are just plain odd textured to me, not at all like egg noodles from the store. They are good with or without the seasoning. The ramen noodle seasoning (half a packet?) could be replaced with a little salt if it's overwhelming.
