I started watching a vid on how Jackie Kennedy handled the 1963 assassination. I had told a friend a month or less ago, that I remembered being in first grad then. But now I'm realizing it would have to be 1964 that I recalled. I read a great book about memory recently: 'Forgetting - The benefits of Not remembering' by Scott Small. he's an MD and PhD so the book is not a light read. but he was on a podcast which might be better: https://www.artofmanliness.com/character/behavior/podcast-750-the-surprising-benefits-of-forgetting/

I hope I get time to listen. I was trying to sift out the bad stuff from the above. Years ago I did my own memory exercise, and I just had all these nice memories start flowing. Then I hit one really bad one which explained a lot.

But I think I've realized I have to turn it over and let God sift it for me. It messed up my memories, things got wack.

Lol, well, good to learn from mistakes
