I thank the Universal Id and the people of the USA who kept Romney and Ryan out of Presidential office.

Normally I don't care that much -- I generally think one politician isn't THAT much worse than any other -- but I truly believe those two are vile.

Plus the jerks with the ugly rape comments got beaten (we don't get a lot of the non-Barack coverage from over here, but THOSE got it, oh yes)

Thank goodness. When it happened I realised I'd never truly expected it to go any other way, but given that it was fairly close, clearly that wasn't always the case so thank goodness indeed. Thank you, America.
