Masterplan

I feel like updating my journal, what is a good thing, because I don't feel that lousy at the moment, like I did the last weeks.
I really hate those mental ups and downs. I know not all days are full of sunshine and roses, but these "downs" are not the usual "I have a bad hair day or some sort of random gloomy moments", so I need to develop some ( Read more... )

Your plan sounds great! I need to do this, too. I'm often depressed and I don't exercise or get out enough. Great good luck to you, and *hugs*

Rabbit show jumping sounds like a lot of fun. I'm imagining tiny riders on the rabbits' backs! :D

Thank you, hun *hugs*
I'm having the same problem getting out and exercising, so I need a place to feel good. I think I found that place. I hope you'll find something what drags you out as well!

I've seen the rabbit show jumping on YouTube and I was fascinated right from the start. Since I used to be a horse rider I had the very same thought like you XD

I bought a harness and tried it on Blacky w/out the rope and he didn't mind wearing it. Now I need to craft some small obstacles and to see if my bunnies like it or not.

*hugs* Thank you for posting this; I realized it'd been a while since hearing from you, and was hoping everything was okay.

Getting active is a wonderful thing! I need to do that, myself...heh, it stands to reason that if I did, maybe I'd feel better in many areas of my life, as well.

In any event... *more hugs*

*hugs* I know and I felt bad about it, but if I feel like crap I'm hiding in my shell :(

I hope I can keep on the sports, I know I feel better after doing it, I just need to get used to it (in my mind, it is). Since the gymn is not one of these overcrowded fitness temples, I'm having high hopes that it will work for me :)

I cross fingers that you'll find some activity for yourself and that it makes you feel great :D
*hugs*

I'm glad you posted. It had been a few weeks since I saw anything from you and was hoping you were well.

I totally understand being in a funk (and I hate it), but your plans for being more active and interactive sound like a great remedy. I had been doing Tai-Chi regularly before I re-injured my back, and I know I felt great at the time. I really have to get back into it because I seem to have become a slug as of late.
I'm happy you were able to reconnect with your friend. It is wonderful to have someone near who you have a great connection with.

Hope you are able to beat those blahs, and it was good to see something from you.

I felt bad being so quiet, but if I feel meh I use to hide in my shell. I hate it, but there's no good tactic yet to prevent hiding, so this is something I need to work on, too. I really hope that being more sportive will help me with that, I know from my youth days that a human body can get addicted to sports and the good feeling afterwards, I just have to lure mine into it XD

Tai-Chi is something I'd like to try as well. It looks like dancing in slow-motion.
Speaking of your back, is it healing? Hope you'll fully recover of that injury.

Dont feel bad for having been quiet. I tend to hide like a turtle in my shell as well. I am just glad you are okay.

Tai-Chi is a lot of fun, and much more of a workout than I anticipated . It is also very relaxing, so I used to do it in the evenings and I would sleep much better at night.

My back has been much better. I still have some pain, but it is manageable. I go for another steroid injection on Thursday, and I hope that it will knock out what pain is left.

I'm glad to hear your back is getting better. Maybe you can get back to Tai-Chi after all the pain is gone? Or is Tai-Chi not doing any good on back issues?

I'll cross fingers that the next injection will kick in and kill all the pains once and for all.
