For some icons ideas just come out of nowhere, for others I look through my resources and see what looks nice.

I know whenever I see new screencaps, my eye starts framing faces for possible icons. Do you do that, too? How do you decide on layout for icons that are just text? I need some suggestions for a icon I wanna make.
