I've always been a potato girl. Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in a stew. I can't get enough. I recently had my first butter braised baby yukon gold potatoes at Fore Street in Portland, ME when John and I went up for Valentine's Day this year. I'd been meaning to find a recipe and finally have!
