I've been doing more pondering about S5 possibilities, specifically about Lucifer rising and what that could mean. I've had Angel on the brain recently, and got to thinking about S2 and the Senior Partners.

I'm hoping that Show knows it could never do justice to the Lucifer we each have in our hands, and that they rely heavily on implication and, like you said, his effects.

Plus, I love it when humanity is written as the ultimate in evil and the height of grace. Because humanism and self-determination are cool, man.
