green bean soup

today i'm too sick of eating oily and salty outside food, so i decided to go to the mart and buy green bean and 冰糖 to cook green bean soup!!

it must be damn easy because my fellow intern said just wash the beans, boil it and add the 冰糖 when it's almost ready, i was secretly thinking how my mother will be so damn freaking proud of me when i take

LOL mummy say must wash the beans first then put into the pot and put alot of water then at first need to stir before it boils then make the fire smaller. then can use brown sugar to sweeten just before it is done since it will detox also. she say must cook until nua nua then put the sugar.. HAHAHA

yeah i told her abt my failed green bean soup last night coz i called home. i shall attempt it again some other time. still got 1 big bowl of it left.
