I haven't finished this drama yet, but maybe it's because it's a melodrama... I'm not enjoying it as much as you seem to have. I did actually start watching it upon your recommendation while I was waiting for new episodes of Midas, and at the moment I'm 8 episodes in. There are certainly some things about the drama that make me sit up and pay attention, but a lot of the characters kind of seem to fall flat for me for some reason.

I do agree however, that the Scheduler is one of the people who totally make the drama. He is brilliant.

Maybe it's just because I'm watching/freaking out over Midas which is a completely different kind of drama that 49 Days doesn't impress me as much. I'm certainly going to finish it, and who knows, my opinion might still change!

ACK! Now I'm going to feel bad for misleading someone with my flaily comments. Though if it helps you're about two episodes from a break through in the drama and after episode 10 things pick and a lot of the characters start to unravel in a good way.

You'll have to explain Midas to me since none of the plots synopsis made any sense enough for me to pick it up. I'm sure later in the year when things get slow again, I'll consider watching it.

Midas is very good. To be honest I began watching it without having read the synopsis; I was in it purely for Jang Hyuk. But all the actors are absolutely exceptional and the story is very cleverly written.

It's about the corruption of money and power, basically. Wealthy families, money used as weaponry, manipulation of the stock market and corporations. If I had known this in advance I probably wouldn't have watched it because, hell, how exciting can stocks be, eh? However I'm so glad I did, because it really is quite brilliantly done, and about... 8, I think?... episodes in it changes direction very suddenly, becoming even better. I'm really emotionally invested in it, too. And at the moment (I'm up to episode 17 out of 21) there really is no predicting how it's going to end! *_*

Since you are the second person recommending this, I might give this a shot one day. I think I should watch Midas before, because the same friend went crazy over Midas XD

Thanks for the hint ^___^

My friend recommended Midas so I'm going to probably watch that during the summer. We'll have to compare notes.

I BAWLED. I AM NOT ASHAMED. BUT MY HEART T__________T. NOOOO.
It's a great ending, but I was waiting for the moment the two girls got to be all bff irl...Sigh.

I think this was really well done, even if pretty unique in it's genre, not too depressing for once \:D/. The only thing that bugged me I felt that the episodes between 15/18 kinda ruined the flow and the whole "being found out/communicating" thing was a bit of a strech to the rules they established before...plus, Minho and bff plot was so random, I always skipped his parts XD...

Also, random, I really liked Dream High, especially the ending but good lord the first 8 episodes felt so sloow and annoying.(and I also liked Bad Guy ending, but please don't tell anyone XD)

I wanted them to be BFF in real life too. But at least we got a little bit of a scene or two of them hanging out together. That made it better. I think what made this a good ending is that they did enough epilogue and fan service to cushion the fall in not getting what we wanted and that's Ji Hyun staying alive.

I'm glad they broke their own rules or came up with a loophole in which to have them communicate (them being sisters) it helped moved the story a long and again gave us those moments of fanservice we needed to cushion the reality of her death.

Bad Guy had a great ending, I think I was mad because it felt like a slap in the face and I was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more attached to the characters than I have with any other drama.

I enjoyed every minute of Dream High after the third episode, it just got btter after the 8th. :P

I'm not upset as I thought I would be in case this happened, but it's still such a pity ;___;. I'm glad everyone found closure though..Omg, the Scheduler ( ... )

I'll admit it I watched it for Samdong and Hyemi's ;| face as well. Those were some of the best moments for me a long with the Milky couple which continually improved and I'm thankful for that.
