the timing is much better than the first attempt! i see what you mean about katy's voice, have you tried changing jin/the music? it's honestly tolerable the more i listen to it.

it's kind of complicated when their voices are on top of each other, maybe alternate/layer it more? a little bit of him, a little bit of her. the whole "i got a one way" repetition you have going on is great, but it sounds messy when they're both singing the whole chorus at once.

i like the verses a lot. the chorus seems a little slowed down on katy's in the first couple lines.

the bridge would be good with just her if you can manage it, maybe echo him some more in the background. not sure how much of the instrumental you have without jin's voice, though. if you have to include his vocals, then echo her. anything to keep them from being directly on top of each other, because that's what i think the problem is.

I agree about the overlapping of the vocals the more I listen to it. Jin kinda gets buried under ET, so maybe I'll alternate the songs or just make Katy more echo-y.

The bridge... hmmm. The SBD instrumental ends, like, halfway through the bridge, but I could probably extend it and alternate both vocals. Or just get rid of as much of Jin as I can, which would probably be easiest. :P
