Jin is really just asking for itThis is what I've been flailing about on twitter all night, but I'm totally stuck. Akame are not cooperating. Specifically, Kame is being a little bitch

this actually gives me hope, because his studio vocals always sound subdued to me and where is the single anyway?! i forgot what date it was, and i never see anyone sharing his shit anywhere.
fifth season oddly goes with the kizuna music a lot, tuning out kame's voice. xD i think the problem is that kizuna jumps into the chorus while fifth season is still at the build up to its chorus, so maybe switch music tracks right there or copy a verse of the kizuna music to repeat again? orrrr you can cut it out and jump right to the "it's overflowing~" part, but that would cut out a substantial part of the song. :3
(i forgot to comment on the other one you made, test rider, my friend was here and we listened to it. :D it felt like jin was inserted too early on the last part [heh heh], but up until then it sounded awesome. ♥)
I've been ranting about him with my friend for a couple years but especially lately, about how he could be doing a lot better here in the USA but he's not. I'm not surprised at all but it's still very disappointing.
I think a lot of the reason he's not doing better in the U.S. is the complete lack of promotion outside of L.A. and the fact that he only has one song available.
My issue with the Fifth Season recording is mainly that... I have a couple friends who are interested, but who don't want music in Japanese or in questionable English. If I want to pimp Jin out to people IRL (and I do), the only song I can really use is Test Drive. I realize that all his other English songs have only been released to a Japanese audience, who most likely don't care about whether the English makes sense or not, but Warner should really be thinking about making all of his English songs acceptable to an English speaking audience. As it stands, if I played Fifth Season for my friends, they wouldn't be interested because the English is so horrible.
I know I'm late but I was going through old posts when I saw this.
When you say that The Fifth Season holds a lot of memories for you I think of the crappy recording we were listening to after the Chicago show. :) The song was new and so good, and I remember being so excited about it :)

I think Fifth Season (and Seasons, oddly enough) fits better with Kizuna when Kame's vocals aren't there. But damnit! AKAME WILL BE REUNITED! Haha!
Yeah, I keep finding things in Test Rider that I want to change. I hate being a perfectionist. But I'm not allowing myself to go back to it yet. :P

It's frustrating.
