Okay. Who is this Phillip you speak of. I need to know, so I can properly spazz along and then tell myself that I cannot possibly afford to watch some random Kamen Rider atm
XD Phillip is one half of Kamen Rider Double. And he's ridiculously adorable. He's kind of like a walking search engine and he researches stuff for Shoutarou (the fail detective). Other than that, I don't really know. We're only seven episodes into the series and not much has been explained yet. Just that he was being held hostage by the bad guys and Shoutarou and Shoutarou's boss rescued him and now it's Shoutarou's job to protect him (because the boss gets shot and killed).
