Are you applying for ChemE or pharmacy? Either way, good luck! It sounds like your grades and experience make you more than qualified for either program.
PS - It's funny to me that not only do we have the same name, but we've also been interested in the same majors. I started off as a ChemE and have drifted over to pharmacy*, while you started off with plans for pharmacy and are now headed towards ChemE (I believe?). Your knowledge and understanding of chem far outweighs mine, though.
*I know this is an odd way to frame it because most people CHOOSE pharmacy and WANT pharmacy but my life is weird and has just kind of headed this way.
Haha yeah, that is kind of funny! I love chemistry as a subject, so I've been planning to just be a straight chemist... but economically, ChemE pays twice as much for a B.S. than chemistry... and the job market is a lot stronger. Plus it's still pretty interesting and awesome. I realized this summer that to do what I want in chemistry would require a PhD + postdoc, and I also realized that I want a career to start sooner than that and without all the bullshit politics that upper level academia involves.
