I'd accidentally encountered a journal entry saying that (highlight to read, in the interest of protecting the innocent) Buffy told Angel that she might want to be with him someday in the future, that Spike basically dissolved into ash, and that Buffy survived in a way that would permit her to move on and finally live a normally life if she so chose.
So, as soon as Buffy had that conversation with Angel near the beginning of the episode, I knew I was screwed. Sigh. I hate knowing in advance what's going to happen to the main characters.
I ended up swinging by your journal at some point (a month or two ago?), wondering how you were doing since I hadn't read your journal in a while, and the first thing I saw was spoilers for the fates of both Spike and Buffy in the finale.
I know (now) that you have a warning on your userinfo page, but unfortunately I didn't get to your journal via that page, so I didn't see a warning. Sigh.
And you're way bigger than me, so I would only be able to kick you if you held still and let me. Doubt that's going to happen, eh?

Having a life is so dreadfully inconvenient, don't you agree?
And of course it's fine with me! It's quite amusing, actually. And I can't imagine you'll be using a spoiler-free icon much in the future, anyway. :)
