The main benefit of listening to my iPod while walking places is that if I *don't* listen to my iPod, then my brain still provides a soundtrack ... except it's the same damn song over and over and over and over and over again. There's only so many times I can listen to the theme song from the old 1970s Spider-Man cartoon before I start to go a bit

Maybe seagulls will eat the fish that we let live because we aren't wasting surplus food?

I love me a good thunderstorm, and that was one of the best. I have friends here from the midwest (in the area, not actually staying here) and I think they brought it with them.

I haven't seen Rent because it was in some part stolen from my cousin Sarah's novel People in Trouble, but it sounds very annoying.
