Has anyone ever rented from this landlord in the bay area before? I believe that they are mostly in SF and a bit of rental property in Oakland.

I am currently renting from Litke properties and have been for a while now. They have been the worse landlords I have ever had. I would strongly discourage renting from them. We routinely get mold in our bathroom ceiling and they recommeded that we 'wipe the ceiling down with a towel' after every time we shower.
