Okay, anyone have any experience with getting rid of mice? It appears I've had one/some move in and, as they're not paying rent, I need to get them out

Thanks for the info! I've been looking into some of the humane ones and I'm also currently on the phone with my regular pest control people as I think this might be covered under my regular account *fingers crossed*
