So, any of you S&M grads going to the '91 reunion in a month or so? I do plan on attending, but I'm trying to decide what I want to do as far as the "extras".

Ugh, I wish I could go, but I'm going to be teaching then. I sort of knew I wouldn't be able to make it, but now it's pretty much confirmed. Why can't they do these things in the summer when academics and students can come?

They did use to have them in the summer, right? I guess September is suppose to be cooler, and now we get to visit with the current students as well... or maybe they can just put them to work this way. *grin*

Summer is my busy time, that would the worst time for me personally. Fall's vastly better and, honestly, waay more enjoyable to be hanging around outside.

Fall tends to be busy for me, but I'm happier with the weather, so I wasn't too upset that they changed the timing.

I plan on attending, but will probably only do the day functions. I can't afford the cocktail party stuff, and I will probably already have evening plans!

Last time a lot of people chose to skip the planned evening events and had spontaneous gatherings at local residents' places. I'd payed to do the evening thing, and I had a wonderful time with those that showed up, but I didn't want to spend the money if people were going to skip again.

I'm not planning on going this year. We are tentatively planning a trip to NC in late October though.

I hope you take lots of pictures and tell everyone I said hello.

I was wondering if you'd be able to get out here for this. I wish you could come, but seeing you in October will be nice too! :) And I'll try to take pics and say Hi to people too. *grin*
