I bet its not easy to find a good tortilla in the east. I don't have huge experience with looking, but I can say its been a rare time I've had a noteworthy tortilla. The good thing: Your patrons likely never noticed that they were sub-standard.

The fish tacos were pretty good, considering :)

They would go well with them thar sweet corn fritters, me thinks. Muahahahaha!
