one thing about today

I don't really feel like writing anything, but it seems I feel like that most days so if I want to have something written, it has to be in spite of not feeling like it.

Ooh, I didn't realize she had a new book out.

I read The Happiness Project a few years ago (maybe like five, actually) and it seemed like that's a lot of what she did, was add habits to her life, especially in making it more organized and flow better.

That's what I think I try to do because I know it works well for me. The book seems like a confirmation that I'm on the right track.
