SNL actually started an episode by mocking Democrats! Amazing! They have had one or two skits mocking Dems this season, but never an opener. Oh man, this is so true to Biden too. "Gird your loins!" LOL!

funny stuff, 2008 election, tv

LOL!! I'm totally lovin' SNL this political season! Seriously, though, what was Obama thinking when he chose Biden?!?

Me too! Even the skits mocking people I like have made me LOL repeatedly. They have really been on their game for most of this season. (Though there are always a few skits each week that I'm like, "Huh?" But usually not political ones.)

As for what Obama was thinking, I have NO idea. He chose the person who loudly said that he wasn't ready to be president! I can't believe McCain hasn't exploited that sound bite. I would've played it so frequently in my commercials that most people would be able to imitate Biden's voice!

Of course not! SNL is probably already taking flak for doing it. Did you see the bailout skit from a few weeks ago? It actually told the truth about the economic downturn, blaming it on Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi, etc. It was awesome (and hilarious). They put it online, and then took it down, censored part of it out, and put it back online. Interesting that they only have to censor the few skits picking on libs, eh?

Hehe. That was hilarious. Murtha's a total nut job. (Even more so IRL, if you ask me.)
