I'll be honest-- while I've been really loving this series, I've been underwhelmed by the story of Snow and Charming. They just don't "click" with me, and the point you make above is one reason. Their "relationship" just doesn't get much sympathy from me, or feelings one way or another, to be honest. That, and I find Snow's "real world/modern" version to be sadly insipid and annoying. I mean, knowing that a terrible storm is coming, but running out to the woods because she JUST HAS to make sure the dove won't be alone? Yikes. That's just childish and stupid.
I love Regina's character, though. She definitely does have depth, and obviously loves Henry.
Co-signed on both Regina and Charming/Snow. I seriously thought I was the only one who likes the former & can't for her life get into the later. #team unpopular opinions
Regina does a lot of questionable things as both herself and her fairytale counterpart, but from what I've seen on the show, the way she has raised/is raising Henry is not one of them. Yet I feel like the show keeps trying to make her into a bad guy when she nags at him for, idk, running off somewhere w/o telling her, or talking to strangers?? :| :| Ngl, I'm always kind of ~offended on her part when Emma is bitter toward her in Henry matters & basically accusing her of being a bad mother. Like, Emma has it better now, so she would TTLY take Henry back if it weren't for those blasted adoption papers, the world is so unfair. W/e w/e, show

1. Regina is absolutely the most intriguing character in the show. You know she's evil, but seriously, the way she reacts to Henry being in danger or anything like that brings a few things into question.
2. Gah, the Snow/Charming thing. Seriously buddy? Say he wants to work things out with his wife and then runs off and snogs Snow? Lovely. Not exactly loving that. Snow should have told him off. Bleh.
3. Yeah, I'm still a little unsure about that... I'm just going with it.
4. Poor Stealthy :( Though the Eight Dwarves doesn't have quite the same ring to it.
5. Agree, no one would carry around a typewriter any more unless there was something very special about it. But then, it comes back to the question, he's a writer, but what does/did he write?
6. That King is seriously twisted. And WHOA, you're idea is terrifying. No one would have have a hope.
The way it's written, he just seems like a two-timing dick trying to 'find himself' and reminds me slightly too much of Girl-in-the-Fireplace!

Loved this episode but yes as adorable Mary/David were he really REALLY needs to walk stright home after that kiss and talk to Kathryn and break things off honestly. And the way Mary was portrayed so far... I think she'll be the first one to tell him that if he doesn't.
Right now: Snow/Charming >>>> Mary/David
REGINA FOR ALL THE AWARDS. I love her. She's evil yes, but her character is just so facinating that I want to know ALL things about her. :D And I think she 'wants' to love Henry but she can't. Not really. Maybe by the end she will be... maybe he'll be her redemption.
I've read theories that the stranger is the writer of the book Henry's been reading from.
I kind of like how Regina's developing, even if Henry doesn't seem to appreciate her in the slightest bit =/
I feel really conflicted about that whole thing, because Kathryn is such a decent person, who is trying to make the best of everything and their 'marriage', and I know that he's technically in True Love with Mary, but ergh. David isn't really earning too many sympathy points the way he handled it that episode.
