It seems easy enough to get into... I've got a friend who does Amtgard... maybe you should look into that.

Or maybe you should just buy some PVC pipe, foam rubber, and duct tape and have yourself a time.

This...almost makes me wish I had not gone to Rochester. I (shamefully) have yet to go to a Sci-Fi con. And I don't know if the RIT Anime con counts (though I did dress up for that one...).

Alas, one of my most desired experiences, and here I am, lacking the chance to experience it yet!
