Black Sigil: Blade of the Exiled
, for the Nintendo DS.
This dude unfortunately isn't a Player Character, but one of the comic relief NPCs that turns up with relative frequency.
The game's pretty sweet, though a bit flawed.

Awwh, I would've totally bought it for 20 bucks if the guy was a Player Character I'm definitely not trying to make up an excuse for the fact that I'm penniless right now.
Psshh, who cares if it's flawed? As long as it has epic-blond-bearded-men. xP
