Forgive my ignorance, but why does Dave Mustaine hate Lars so much?

Basically... for a long time, Dave compared Megadeth to Metallica in terms of success, and Lars always sort of antagonized Dave, saying he felt 'sorry' for him and all this stuff, but apparently they fixed their problems a few years ago. Then, in the last year, Metallica was filming "Some Kind Of Monster," that documentary/bitchfest where they just got together with a group therapist, and Lars invited Dave, and basically ambushed him. Dave trashed Lars after Lars brought him in without any consent of what it would be, causing Lars to cry, then Lars basically cut out "the good stuff" and put all the stuff that makes Dave look like a bad guy into the movie that has been released into theaters. So, Dave got even more pissed because he didn't authorize the use of his appearance for a widely-released movie, and has gone back to talking about how Lars only does things for his own personal gain, for a quick buck, etc. and it's true
