Ami lay at the beach, a book in her lap. But her eyes hadn’t looked at the letters several minutes now for it was way more interesting to watch Minako splashing around in the water. The blonde jumped in, jumped out, tried to run from the waves just to turn around and race right into the water.
She looked adorable with her wet hair and orange bikini, and Ami had to smile. What the heck, she could still read tomorrow.
So the blue haired girl stood up and approached the sea, already sensing the same peaceful feeling Ami always got when she came in touch with water. It was her element after all, and she inhaled deeply, closed her eyes, concentrated on the warm yet refreshing feeling as the water bathed her feet.
Her tune was suddenly broken when a squeal reached her ear. Ami’s eyes shot open and she saw Minako being swept off her feet by a remarkable big wave.
“Minako!” Ami exclaimed and rushed to the blonde to help her up again, blushing right away when she discovered the wave had swept more away than just Minako herself.
“Y-Your bikini-“ Ami stuttered and Minako covered herself when she stood again.
“That was you, right? That wave?” Minako asked with playful accusation.
“What? No, I-“
Ami couldn’t finish for Minako bent over to splash water in her face, laughing and … not covering herself anymore.
“Fear my revenge!” Minako screamed still laughing and pulled Ami into the water.
