i feel sick to my stomach. i just applied online to ACAD for the fall semester. I found my transcript in the good ol' converse shoebox that i keep everything in, so.. technically i have step one completed. all i have to do is mail it off (which i'd do if i could find out where to mail it to anywhere on the website!) or drop it off, if i can find

thanks missus. do you mind if i ask you a couple of questions regarding what kind of stuff you put in your portfolio?

reading on the website, they say have a bunch of different mediums and whatnot. i basically have acrylic and pencil. maybe some pencil crayon stuff. they say it'd be good to have some 3D stuff. did you have any? stress stress stress.

for sure have more than drawings and 2-D paintings. consider things you've done in the past - sewing, making dreads etc. i put in a few purses i had made, embroidery i'd done, sculptures i'd made out of materials like twigs and wood, etc.
do not freak out. they're not expecting masterpieces, they just want to know that you have potential and are willing to try new things.
and hey! put in some photography of yours! i didn't put any in mine (obvious reasons), but i really see that as one of your strong points.
