1. Select your base image (for the tutorial's sake, I created the blocking before colouring, while I would normally do it after).
2. Duplicate base layer twice, set both to Screen
3. Duplicate base layer, drag to top, set to Soft Light
4. Create a Curves layer
5. Create a colour fill layer with #54543b, set to Soft Light
6. Duplicate colour fill layer
7. Duplicate colour fill layer, set to Color, 40% opacity
8. Set foreground colour to black, create gradient layer, set to soft light, 60% opacity
9. Select the top part of the image (from where the image is duplciated to the top), create gradient layer, set to soft light, 100% opacity
10. Set foreground colour to white, create new layer, select a large round brush, and paint over part of the icon, gaussian blur. (for info, this is what my layer looks like)
11. Create Levels layer
12. Create Curves layer
Sharpen and resize to your liking :)
