when i was young, my family would take me to the beach with them and they'd all stay behind on towels and i'd be the only one to go to the water. i'd fight the water for some reason, like kick at it and throw myself at it and things. don't know why. lightning bolt is probably the one band that has, so far, had the biggest musical impact on me.
