Sounds like your cousin is a prick and a douchebag. I think you should pretend he doesn't exist (silent treatment, not reacting when he talks to you), also bump into him lots as if you didn't see him :P From what I gather, it should drive him up the wall and off the deep end, lol. Though...it kinda sounds like he's already that way >_>
