Hee! Sounds like a wonderful zoo you have happening there! I love it when all the critters are out and bouncing around and having fun... it's so cute and fun.
Cirrus, Orion, and Smudge used to chase eachother in laps around the living room when they were little, and then all collapse in a furry heap in someone's sock drawer. It was adorable!

Heehee!

I found a whole bunch of new SGA spoilers last night, which, combined with my total heartbreak over Serenity, prompted this post. I can't even believe what they're going to do. I hateses them, precious!

:) *hugs*

Did someone say spoilers???? Oh what where they. I have been keeping away from all things Stargate so I have no clue. Is it bad? *is nervous*

Oh, they're bad. Hence my abandonment of SGA.

I was browsing around Gateworld, and decided to give in to the temptation of spoilers. And then had a hissy fit.

So... first of all is episode 408, "The Seer".
When Teyla goes to speak with Davos, he already knows that she came to his planet seeking to learn the fate of her people, the Athosians. It is not clear where they have gone or what has happened to them, but Davos can assure Teyla that they are alive -- though they are "shrouded in darkness."
And Davos knows more than this. He also knows that Teyla is pregnant.
She is stunned that he knows, and confesses that she has not told anyone on Atlantis yet.(Good god, kill me NOW ( ... )

Have you only just gotten into Firefly?? Awesome, awesome show. I understand the Serenity plot denial, but seriously, it's probably the best end to a show, especially one that has no chance of ever coming back *sniff*.

Ange and I just finished watching all of them a couple days ago... and we adore the series.
I'm upset with Serenity because everyone was so out of character (nobody [Mal, Jayne, etc] hated River or Simon by the end of the series... and then they all just magically hated them both at the beginning of Serenity?)! And they changed the facts around (Simon didn't know that River was psychic until Objects in Space, but in Serenity, the tour guy told Simon right before the rescue)! Plus they killed Wash. And I ♥ him a lot and am very happy pretending that he's NOT DEAD. And I'm pretty sure that I missed most of the last bit of the movie because I was either too busy screaming "THEY'RE GOING TO KILL EVERYONE!!! THEY'RE KILLING EVERYONE JUST SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH FANS WANTING MOREEEEEE!" or bawling.
...Yeah, I got a little overemotional.

Haha yeah my friend Maggie was like that too when Wash died... she couldn't even be happy about Simon/Kaylee (which she'd been hoping for since she first watched the series). I think the whole hating Simon and River thing may have had to do with a)the ship falling apart and b)the fact that River had to be rescued *again*. But who knows. Apparently the graphic novels explain some of the stuff that went on between the last episode and the movie.

I ♥ the Simon/Kaylee, but I was far to flaily about everyone dying to give it it's proper squee. *sigh*

And I suppose you might have a couple points, there. I think I might need to rewatch it (even though I might just blatantly skip over the whole Wash-dying thing)...

Graphic novels?!? REALLY?!? I WANT! *giggle*
