I loved this. I can't even explain the why of it; there's just a stillness here that underlies the rest of the fic. I'm sure that was intentional - the whole amberized quality - but I have to say you pulled it off brilliantly. It's quiet yet pervasive, like a hum, and I unexpectedly found myself pulling for their flock.

I don't really have enough words to praise this fic adequately. It's lovely, and deep, and it has a sort of true quality to it that's hard to describe. Thank you for sharing this with the rest of us!

I love the idea of Lucifer putting his past behind him for Jo. :3 That's a pairing I don't think I've ever seen before, so props to you, ma'am.

Also, I think I adore the idea of mated pairs forming flocks. Awesome concept that I may or may not have to borrow one day. xD

This was wonderfully inventive and so beautifully written. I have Luci-ick and I didn't uncloak your warning -- and what an amazing and totally cool reveal!! I love this entire idea, love the pairings, and just love the concept of the "flock" ... and the sex was understated and smoldering. Fantastic, every word. And my heart actually hurt for Heylel.

Thank you for this! I think I have a new OT4. (Wonder if Vicki Vantoch is writing a book about foursomes....)
