I've heard a few times that the artist of the fanart in Bleach #26 does not want people to make icons of it because it was a commission specifically done for a certain person.

I don't feel like tattling or anything but if any of them finds out there might be some drama. Not accusing you of intentionally doing this, though, I'm pretty sure that you just didn't know.
