I've bought from Tokyo Capsule before. :) they're really easy to deal with! My money is with them.

And I wouldn't worry about it getting too warm, haha, it's actually pretty decent. n_n

They're all excellent, responsive+kind sellers. <3 I'd suggest going by price as hey all ship quite quickly. Just email each site and ask for the estimate. (Although, I think Akinai tells you the total up front in the listing)

Oh, and like spookypurin said, they key to staying comfy in a winter kigurumi is dressing lightly underneath it. I usually go for pajama shorts or cotton ones and a tank underneath my fleece pika. :3

Good luck!

Hi I'm in MN too! :D i'm planning on making my own kigu for Detour (if I can go)

mine is also going to be fleece and I plan on wearing thin clothes underneath so as to not get too hot :3 that's all I can think of XD but cotton is probably more versatile!

That's cool =] tell me if you're able to go.
I'd probably be more happy with cotton but i haven't been able to fine one.

i have ordered from both capsule tokyo and eurogal. i got 2 orders fine from capsule tokyo which were slightly cheaper than eurogal (shipping was from japan to uk for both). BUT i had issues getting the rilakkuma kigu from capsule tokyo which was out of stock for months, in the end they gave me a refund for the kigu but not for the postage! i ended up buying it from eurogal instead and it arrived VERY fast from eurogal (ordered at the weekend and was here by thursday!) i personally would ask capsule tokyo if the rilakkuma is def in stock before ordering via them or just use eurogal.

Oh wow! There are going to be So many Kigu's at Detour this year!!! It's going to be awesome. We should actually have a photoshoot... OR OR OR a panel. :3

Korilakkuma was one of the ones I was considering. I ended up decided on godzilla though x3

Good luck <33
